Fiber broadband, built from the inside

We Turn Growth Strategies Into Results.

By aligning marketing, sales, systems, and the customer experience, we turn demand into orders, orders into customers, and deliver measurable results.

Built on firsthand experience across the fiber business, from network deployment to sales operations and customer growth.

The current landscape

What worked for the last four years won't work for the next four.

Fiber platforms were once measured by passings. Now they're measured on key business outcomes: EBITDA and net income.

Hitting those goals takes a different approach. In today's crowded market, growth requires more than traditional cable playbooks. It demands a competitive mindset, disciplined execution, and the ability to win customers, grow revenue, and protect margins against aggressive competition.

Competitors

Cable is back with lower prices, bundled mobile, and tighter cost control. Fiber on fiber overbuilds are no longer rare.

New entrants

Sponsor-backed builders are lighting the same towns, often with the same passings on their map.

Substitutes

Fixed wireless and satellite are good enough for a growing share of homes, and they sell on price.

Customer leverage

Subscribers have choices now. Promo rolloff, price shopping, and churn set ARPU as much as the rate card does, and the brand they trust wins the tie.

Brand and budget

The largest competitors bring a national brand and the budget to keep it in front of every household. A regional provider cannot outspend them. It wins on brand equity: being the name the market trusts before the sale and after the promotion ends.

Technology and AI

Automation in sales, marketing, and care is cutting the cost to win and keep a customer. Do you have it, or do your competitors?

What we fix

Monetize the whole network.

Most operators make money one or two ways on a network that can carry four. Ronin works on the company side of a fiber platform, in the three operations that decide whether it earns what it cost.

Sales

Residential, MDU, commercial, and wholesale, run as one plan with the leadership, process, and tooling to hold after launch. See the channels and how we run them.

Marketing

Demand that sales can close. Build it as markets open, lower the cost to acquire customers, and hand sales leads that convert. Build a brand customers choose and stay with, even after the promotion ends. We work with your agency or ours.

Retention and care

Churn, promo rolloff, first-bill shock, and truck rolls. The subscribers you win should stay, upgrade, and refer.

Beyond the build

Unlock the full value of your network.

You've invested millions building the network. Now it's time to unlock its full earning potential.

Beyond residential broadband, opportunities exist across business, MDU, enterprise, and wholesale markets. Ronin helps fiber providers identify, activate, and scale new revenue streams from the infrastructure they've already built, driving higher revenue per passing, stronger margins, and greater enterprise value.

Sales

Unlock revenue opportunities across every passing type. Open new sales channels, strengthen the skills and effectiveness of existing teams, and equip them with the leadership, processes, and tools to consistently outperform.

Marketing

Generate demand. Build brand equity. Drive growth. Create marketing and sales operations that work in harmony: reaching the right customers, generating qualified leads, and converting demand into revenue. Build a brand customers choose, value, and stay with long after the promotion ends.

Sales operations

Built to Perform. Designed to Scale.

Reps and campaigns are the visible part. What drives sustained growth is the operation underneath: how quickly leads are engaged, how effectively opportunities are managed, how smoothly orders become customers, and how performance is measured across every channel.

Lead routing

Every lead lands with the right rep or team in minutes, by serviceability, product, and territory, with nothing falling into a shared inbox.

Speed to lead

Response times measured in minutes, not days, with the automation and staffing to hold them on launch week and in week forty.

Call center and D2D management

Scripts, scheduling, territory assignment, daily cadence, and the coaching and comp plans that keep both teams selling installs, not pitches.

CRM and order flow

One system from lead to install: serviceability checks, order entry, scheduling, and handoffs to construction and care that do not leak.

Sales training

Unlock the potential of the people you already have. Equip existing teams with the skills, tools, training, and coaching to sell more effectively, improve conversion rates, and consistently outperform. Build stronger sales capabilities from within, creating lasting results without adding unnecessary headcount.

Close rates by channel

Penetration, CAC, cycle time, and close rate by channel and by release cohort, so you know what each dollar and each rep actually produced.

Sales channels

Four ways revenue reaches the network.

Each channel has its own cost, cycle, and buyer. Most operators are strong in one or two and leave the rest unbuilt. We help stand up the ones that are missing and tie all four to one plan.

Residential sales

Door to door, outbound, and inbound run as one motion, with field cadence on released streets and web and phone orders that do not leak.

MDU

Apartments, condos, and HOAs. Property agreements, bulk and marketing rights, and move-in programs that keep units lit as tenants turn over.

Commercial

B2B and enterprise together. Businesses along the route sold with the homes, and dedicated internet, dark fiber, and managed services for larger accounts, schools, hospitals, and government.

Wholesale and carrier

Backhaul, transport, and tower connections sold to carriers and other providers. Long contracts that put revenue on the network before homes connect.

Acquisitions and capital

Buying a subscriber base instead of building one.

An acquired network comes with customers, contracts, and habits you did not create. The price is set on the day the deal closes. The value is set in the twelve months after, by how many of those customers stay and how many of the unbuilt channels get built.

BEFORE CLOSE

Commercial diligence

Who the customers are, what they pay, which promos are about to roll off, where churn is hiding, and what the sales and care teams actually do each day.

FIRST 90 DAYS

Transition

Billing migration, rebrand, and the retention plan that runs before the first new invoice lands. The customers you paid for should still be there at the end of the quarter.

AFTER

Growth

Upsell the base, open the channels the seller never built, and bring the acquired market onto the same plan as the rest of the company.

Capital and partnerships

When the plan needs more than advice.

Ronin is a holding company as well as an operating partner. That lets us do what an agency cannot: bring funding relationships, take a seat at the board, or share ownership in the business that fills the network.

FUNDING

Capital to execute the plan

When the plan is sound but the balance sheet is not, we help you get funded. We know the lenders and sponsors active in fiber, what they underwrite on today, and how to present a platform so it clears.

JOINT VENTURE

A business built with you

When an operator has a market and a plan that needs a partner, Ronin brings strategy, operating leadership, and shared ownership of the venture that fills the network.

BOARD ADVISORY

A seat at the table

For owners and sponsors who want an operator's view at the board level. Go-to-market plans, budgets, and leadership hires reviewed by people who have carried the number, before the money is spent.

Customers who engage with your brand buy more from it. The gap between $92 and $72 is brand equity on the invoice.

What moved it: pricing held under competitive pressure while the mix shifted from 500 Mbps to gigabit and higher. Business and bulk MDU were built as channels of their own, with property agreements and a dedicated sales motion, rather than left to the residential team. The digital order path was repaired so web orders stopped leaking, and market reps were pointed at upgrades as deliberately as at new sales. The same work, in the same order, is what the review finds and the 90-day build delivers.

How we work

Diagnose. Improve. Sustain.

We help broadband providers find where growth is getting lost across marketing, sales, and the customer journey. Then we work alongside your team to fix the highest impact issues and make the improvements last.

  1. 1

    Diagnose

We start with your results and how work gets done today. We look at how prospects find you, how leads move through sales, where orders stall or cancel, and how marketing channels perform. Then we identify the biggest opportunities, set clear measures of success, and agree on what to tackle first.

  2. 2

    Improve

We turn the findings into practical changes your team can use. That might mean improving lead routing, sales processes, order support, channel strategy, campaign measurement, training, or the tools behind them. We build the approach with your people and within your operation, so it fits the way your business needs to work.

  3. 3

    Sustain

We work with your team as the changes go live, track what is improving, and adjust where needed. As the new approach takes hold, we can hand it over to your team or continue as an operating partner in the areas where you need ongoing support.

You will hear back from a person, not a form.
